Metal Rolling
Roll forming is a type of rolling involving the continuous bending of a long strip of sheet metal into a desired cross-section. We work with steel, stainless, and aluminum, creating such products as enclosures, frames, hoppers, cones, arcs, rolled tanks, chutes, guards, and many other items involving rolling & multiple bends.
Hydmech Bandsaw
Our Hydmech V25 Vertical Bandsaw equipped with hydraulic vises is capable of cutting solid and structural steel up to 25”. The ability to miter 60° left and 60° right along with the digital display of angle combines ease of operation with increased flexibility and customization. This heavy duty saw comes with a 6° degree fixed canted head making it very efficient for sawing anything from structural steel to bundles and versatile for many different types of sawing applications.
